We are a small team of locals and expatriates dedicated to organizing and facilitating various programs in this community. At times, we find ourselves short on ideas or resources. We welcome anyone with experience who is interested in leading programs like acting, music, dance, art, afterschool activities, project-based learning, tutoring, and more. Join us and contribute to educational enhancement, intercultural understanding and have significant impact on the lives of community members, all while sharing your unique talents.
At Tucan Learning Center, we believe that education is the key to breaking the cycle of poverty. We are looking for an enthusiastic support teacher to work alongside our local teacher, Maria for our morning One-Room classroom group. One-Room Class operating hours are Monday to Thursday from 8 am - 11:30 am. The small class size consists of children ages 4-10 years old. Do you like working with small groups of young children?
